Welcome to The Personal Styling Academy. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in our courses, including but not limited to "Become a Personal Stylist," and all associated materials, resources, and services provided through our website.

By enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to abide by the following Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Course Access & Participation

• Upon successful payment and registration, you will gain access to your chosen course(s) for the duration specified in your enrollment confirmation.

• Access to course content is for individual use only and must not be shared with others.

• All assignments and activities must be completed and submitted within the deadlines given, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Payments & Refunds

• All course fees must be paid in full before access is granted.

• Payment plans (if offered) must be completed as agreed; late or missed payments may result in loss of access.

• Refunds are not available once access to the course materials has been granted, except in cases where required by law.

• Please ensure you have read all course descriptions carefully before enrolling.

3. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, content, branding, videos, downloads, templates, and styling frameworks are the intellectual property of The Personal Stylist Academy and Julia Rose Styling Ltd.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or share any content without prior written consent.

• Completion of the course grants you the right to use what you’ve learned in your personal styling practice, but does not permit resale or reuse of any course materials as your own.

4. Student Conduct

• We expect students to treat instructors and fellow participants with respect and professionalism at all times.

• Disrespectful, offensive, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the course without a refund.

• Any use of course content to mislead, misrepresent, or impersonate The Personal Stylist Academy or Julia Rose Styling is strictly prohibited.

5. Certification

• To receive a certificate of completion, all required modules, assignments, and assessments must be completed and submitted within the specified timeframe.

• Certification is issued at the discretion of The Personal Stylist Academy based on satisfactory completion and demonstration of understanding.

6. Technology Requirements

• You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and any required software or tools needed to access course materials and participate in assessments.

7. Modifications & Updates

• The Personal Stylist Academy reserves the right to modify course content, delivery format, or Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes.

8. Privacy

• Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent.
